Warranty and Return​

 

Before starting your build, we personally inspect the blank carefully to ensure the highest possible quality. In addition, for the first three years, we offer a warranty to protect your investment.

• If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your rod, contact us within one week of receiving your rod.

• If there is an issue that we determine is a manufacturer defect, we will replace your rod free of charge during the first year of ownership.

• After one year, we will replace your Classic Series rod for $60 and a Signature Series rod for $120. Additionally, we offer repair services or minor fixes, like guide replacements, at low cost or no cost, depending on the issue.

 

We do everything we can to make the replacement/repair process smooth and efficient as we strive for you to be completely happy with your purchase. We minimize downtime and get your rod back in the line-up as quickly as possible.
